Timing:

Hair Braiding – 30 mins
Hotsticks Setting – 15 mins
Base – 5 mins

Final Touch Up – 10 mins

Application:

-I start with gowning my model first.

-Next, i braid the hair which is the most time consuming part and then i set hot sticks.

– while the hot sticks are setting, i started applying foundation on my model then powder it with a face powder. i ensure it is seamless and smooth.

-Following up with the eye makeup, i used a nude shadow for the base then use a pink eye liner for the cut crease and underline it cut crease with white eye liner.

-Fill up the eyebrows using brow pencil in a thin stroke motion. then use a clear brow gel to comb it and set it into the place.

-Patch some gold flakes from above the cut crease to the eyebrow using gitter glue.

-Apply some mascara on the lashes

-Contour underneath the cheekbone, on the corner on the hair line, use yellow eye shadow as a blush and apply some highlighter on the cheekbone

-On the lip, i used a bright pink colour lipstick and top it off with a nice lip gloss.

– Once the makeup is done, remove the hot stick set from the hair and start styling it. i backcombed the hair to give some lift and texture to the hair. Spray it down with hair spray for hold

-In final minutes, i touch up on the place i need to. And you are done.

Evaluation:

The braids turns out better than i expected. the eye makeup was pretty but both of them was not balance. i could have blended out the blush a bit more to make more natural. for the hair, i wanted to make a big and fluffy hair with a lot of texture but i was running out of time. i end up just back combing a little. Over all i was happy with my final look.
